Juan Manuel Bas Tortosa, President de l’Ontinyent 1931 Club de Futbol, convoca a les s\u00f2cies i socis del Club, a l’ASSEMBLEA GENERAL ORDIN\u00c0RIA D’ESTIU a celebrar el dissabte dia 5 de Juliol de 2025, a les 10.45 h en primera convocat\u00f2ria, a les 11.00 h en segona convocat\u00f2ria, la qual tindr\u00e0 lloc en la Sala d’actes del Centre Cultural Caixa Ontinyent, Fundaci\u00f3 Caixa Ontinyent, Carrer Gomis, 3, amb el seg\u00fcent Orde del dia:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1- Lectura de l\u2019acta anterior i la seua aprovaci\u00f3 si procedeix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2- Tancament de comptes de la temporada 2024\/2025 i la seua aprovaci\u00f3 si procedeix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
3- Proposta dels preus d’abonaments, jornada econ\u00f2mica, i la seua aprovaci\u00f3 si procedeix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
4- Informaci\u00f3 de les subvencions que rep el Club, proposta de p\u00f2lissa de cr\u00e8dit amb Caixa Ontinyent i la possibilitat de pr\u00e9stec amb ProLiga i la seua aprovaci\u00f3 si procedeix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
5- Pressupost de la temporada 2024\/2025 i la seua aprovaci\u00f3 si procedeix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
6- La sostenibilitat del club a les nostres mans, de tots i totes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
7- Millores realitzades en l’estadi El Clariano al llarg de la temporada 2024\/25 i estat en el qual es troba el proc\u00e9s d’obres per a l’ampliaci\u00f3 i millora de l’estadi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
8- Estat actual de les plantilles, jugadors i t\u00e8cnics. Atesos els estatuts, seguiment del comprom\u00eds del Club amb la pedrera i la seua aprovaci\u00f3 si procedeix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
9- Proposta de modificaci\u00f3 de tres matisos en els Estatuts del Club per a la seua acceptaci\u00f3 per part de la Direcci\u00f3 General d’Esports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
10- Baixes i altes en Junta Directiva i la seua aprovaci\u00f3 si procedeix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
